We deliver within South Africa. Many Everyday Avenue products are fulfilled through trusted supplier and delivery partners, so delivery can take a little longer than a local store.

Delivery time: about 9 to 21 business days after dispatch
Tracking: you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, where available
Shipping cost: Standard delivery is R100 and is free on orders of R999.99 and above. Your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, customs, public holidays or incorrect delivery details.

Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect item: send us your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund
Change of mind: contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition with proof of purchase
